In May we've told you about the Mystery Shopper Program that the Harley-Davidson Motor Company entertains world-wide, the visits of 'prospect buyers' who are actually mystery shopping professionals, the 58 points evaluation (varying from signage and external/internal appearance to customer attendance) etc. etc.

Many of you will recall that Motorcycle Sales Manager Anthony Mans and our dealership scored 100% for the very first time in Harley-Davidson history.

We are thrilled to inform you that with an YTD average score of 91.0% Harley-Davidson Cape Town is still at the top of the H-D Mystery Shopper list. We don't want to blow our own vuvuzela, but it was well above the YTD averages of 519 evaluations in Europe, Middle East and South Africa. Our last mystery shopper report, dated August 26, referred to Jono Steyn, who scored our dealership's exact average sofar of 91.0%. No less than twice in the last report Harley-Davidson Cape Town was referred to as "5-star service".
