CAPE TOWN’S YOUNGEST HARLEY OWNER

As you know, the Harley dream, for many, starts at a very young age.

Some people wait many years to realize them. Like Johannes Pool from Malmesbury, who bought his very first motorcycle, a Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Standard from us in October 2002. At the time Johannes was 84 (yes, eighty four!!!) springs. And over the following three years he was riding, he averaged almost 16.000 km per year.


However, not for many the dream actually materializes at the age of 23.
Yes, at the tender age of 23, Karl Knorr’s father made his sons dream of owning a Harley come true.
Karl´s legs were shaking from excitement when he took the key of his Sportster 883, from Jono Steyn. Colgate doesn’t hold a candle to the smile on Karl´s face. Dressed in his newly bought Harley gear, he headed up Somerset Road with Dad close on his tail in a bakkie, just liiiiiiittle bit envious of his boy. Guess which Knorr will be visiting us soon to buy his own Harley?
